Lighting Seminar....

It was awesome... I learned a lot and had a great time working with the models. I had an even better time drooling over the studio. Ridiculous place! Mark Wallace hosted the whole thing free of charge. He is on tour teaching photogs, on behalf of $Pocket Wizard$. Very cool guy. Honest, with good intentions. Not trying to make a sale. In fact there was not a single product for sale at the seminar. Here are a couple of shots from the day.

Snow day...

I went for a drive last week to find some snowy landscapes to shoot....and I came across this little gem right near my house. Photog paradise. Just thought I would share.

Now....lets get down to business. Snow day. That's right....snow in the ATL. When I say snow, it's really only in the academic sense. Frozen precipitation. But it was enough to close schools, and entertain a certain toddler by the name of Cole. Thanks for staying late Aunt Mimi.

The following photos were taken by my lovely/talented wife, Karen.

New toys for everyone....

That's right....

Cole got a new toy to chase the dogs with. Karen got a new desk and shelves for her office. And I finally got my hands on a Fisheye Lens. Happy new year! So here just a few shots from new years eve and new years day. It has been a productive year so far. Cleaning...Purging... A trip to IKEA...Bathed all three dogs...Eat...Sleep...Cleaning...Painting...Yikes. Anyway, thank you to all who made last year amazing for us. All the gift givers, baby sitters, shoulders to cry upon and kissers of boo boo's...we love you all. Feliz Ano Nuevo!
